The property is accessed from the rear through a well-stocked, bright, spacious and open plan kitchen/diner with a welcoming seaside feel. Following the hallway Lan Y Mor offers a hidden surprise of a large basement/den area below; ideal room for the kids to escape to. The lounge, complete with log-burning fire, is a comfortable and spacious room; again with some great views and patio doors to bring the outside in.
The property has 3 bedrooms; a double room complete with ensuite shower room with toilet on the ground floor, on the first floor a double bedroom complete with balcony and outstanding views across the dunes, and a further twin room on this floor. There is also a family bathroom, with walk-in shower and separate bath, located on the first floor.
The kitchen has an external door that opens up to a raised decked area at the back of the house so you can enjoy some al-fresco dining and coastal views.
The front of the property accessed via a small handy porch. This property has everything and offers access to the beach and dunes are only a hop, skip and a jump away.
The property has on road parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property.

Rhosneigr village is situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, North Wales. It has a thriving community, a rich history and lots of charm. The village is located just 15 minutes from the A55, and is close to other local towns such as Holyhead and the city of Bangor. If you wish to venture and climb the highest peak in Wales, then the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away.
No matter the weather you can enjoy a wide range of activities and water sports here. On the Isle of Anglesey there is a beautiful coastal path which you can cycle or walk around (please note that entire path takes in the 120 miles’ perimeter of the entire island) or you can choose to take a relaxing walk along the beach.
Rhosneigr village has great range of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy dinner on the beach! Other shops within the village include a gift shop, laundrette and other shops you would expect to find on the coast There are lots of activities and places to visit in Rhosneigr and the surrounding area where you are met with unspoilt countryside that stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsular.
