Sleeps: 8 | Bedrooms: 4 | Bathrooms: 3
Tucked away in a quiet residential lane away from the bustle of the village centre, Cadair Arthur is a quiet haven that will delight you from the moment you park up and close the gates.
A stunningly designed, newly built property, Cadair Arthur has oodles of personality and contemporary design features to charm you with a sense of calm tranquillity, enabling you to truly relax and get away from it all. Built into a hillside you walk into this property at ground level but walk through to find yourself on the first-floor level with incredible views.
The fresh, airy hallway leads on to an open plan living space, cleverly laid out to incorporate a beautiful kitchen, sizeable dining space and comfy lounge area. The light in this area is incredible thanks to huge windows on all sides, the piece de resistance being the enormous picture window in the seating area. You have the impression of floating as you gaze out of this window – now at first floor height – over fields to the sea and Mynydd Twr -“Holyhead mountain”. This outlook doesn’t disappoint at any time of the day but is perfectly positioned for exceptional sunset views.
Positioned off the main hallway also on this level, are an en suite king-sized bedroom, a further double and a twin bedded room, together with a family bathroom. A utility space, access to the integral garage and side entrance to the property, are also accessed from this level.
An unexpected hidden treasure within this property is the lower level, which reveals an immense super-king sized bedroom suite; complete with walk out balcony. The view echoes that of the living area above and the French doors allow for uninterrupted views from your bed. A separate enormous bathroom completes the suite, equipped with free-standing tub and huge walk in shower.
Outside there is ample, private off-road parking and a grassed enclosed garden. Steps leading down to the rear of the property, reveal a great hide and seek spot. Steps are gated so are safe for inquisitive toddlers.
Cadair Arthur is brand new to the letting market and therefore has only a few reviews. Don't let this put you off, this holiday home is absolutely outstanding. You will certainly not be disappointed!

The village has grown out of a hamlet known originally as Tre Arthur (Arthur’s town). Whoever Arthur was he knew what he was doing settling in this beautiful spot, surrounded by natural beauty and boasting a Blue Flag awarded beach!
As you’d expect for such a well established coastal location the beach is a mecca for sailing, diving, kayaking, windsurfing and surfing. For those wishing to keep their feet dry there are opportunities for horse-riding, and a choice of two golf courses within easy reach!
You are spoilt with an array of fabulous places to eat, many within sight of the sea and that award winning beach and stunning coastal view. The village itself has a couple of convenience stores, but for those wanting a broader shopping experience the port town of Holyhead is only a few miles away and both the county town of Llangefni and the city of Bangor are within easy travelling distance.
