Tucked in the corner is a door leading to a large utility room where you can find a washing machine and a tumble dryer a skylight fills this room with lots of light. Off the utility room is a large shower room great for washing sandy toes and salty hair.
The final room flowing off the dining room is a brilliantly large kitchen, ideal for socialising with the family and preparing a mezze dinner in the summer evenings. The kitchen also has patio doors allowing those evenings to spill outside making the most of the outside space.
The house is decorated in a new England shabby sheek style which suits the property perfectly making you feel welcomed in every room, a true place to relax. Each room also features lovely louvre shutters adding to the decor and feel throughout, allowing you to let in as much natural light as you'd like or to make it as warm and cosy as you desire.

The best room is the living room, this large room has been decorated designed with two layouts, at one end a brilliant space to relax, watch TV and just shut down, and at the other end more comfy sofas but with views over towards the Llyn Pennisula. The shutters continue throughout and a unique feautre of this living room is the patio doors opening up to a Juliette balcony.
The second floor is a large room making the most of the available floor space featuring 3 single beds and room for kids to play making it a perfect haven for the kids to escape and have their own space.

Pedestrian access from the front of the property, takes you down the lane and to the High Street offering you a prime location but away from the bustle. Accessed down a private drive, there is more than ample parking. Park up, close the gate and relax, your holiday has started.
