The fabulous layout makes the most of the substantial area, offering plenty of space for all the family to spread out whether you want to enjoy quiet reflection or the space to entertain family and friends – or even a bit of both! The single level arrangement means there are no stairs to worry about for tentative toddlers, or those less light on their feet.
A sizeable en-suite master bedroom enjoys fabulous views of the sea and beach, with two, further sizeable twin rooms completing the sleeping accommodation. A family friendly kitchen with sizeable dining table, will be the place for relaxed brunches while discussing the days plans, and is well equipped whether throwing together endless picnics or catering for dinner parties.
The airy living room offers comfortable seating to cosy up in chilly weather or throw open the door onto the patio seating area and enjoy the view of the sun going down. For in-between evenings, enjoy the padded seating of the bay window, catching the last warmth of the sun through the window and watching the sun sink as you reflect on the days adventures.
Outside space includes the front patio area and enclosed garden, or the private, rear courtyard – the ideal spot for alfresco dining or barbecuing.
The Beach House is accessed via a private no-through road off the lower end of the High Street. A few steps down a pedestrian path brings you out onto the main beach between Harrison Drive and the Boatpool.

Garden: There is a small yard accessed at the rear of the property with a small table and chairs, but the best bit about this apartment is that, you walk out of the house, take a right and within a few seconds you are on the main beach! There is a small lawned area to the front of the house that guests have access to. A great spot for a few sundowners.

Parking: Off Road parking is available for ONE car, any remaining cars can be parked on the high street just 50yds from the house.

?Rhosneigr is a small village in the South West of the Isle of Anglesey. Originally a quiet fishing settlement it is now a thriving village with a great sense of community. Rhosneigr is a village always ready to bid “croeso” to visitors and greets returning visitors as friends.
Unsurprisingly Rhosneigr is a popular holiday location with its expansive beaches, relaxed and friendly shops, bars and restaurants. It is also acknowledged as the centre for outdoor water sports on the island. Even for those who prefer their feet on dry land, watching the surfers, windsurfers, sailors and kite surfers blasting across the bay is a sight to behold.
Golfers will appreciate unique challenges offered by the Anglesey Golf Club. Rhosneigr has its own 18 hole, par 70 links course, set among dunes and heathland within an important wildlife conservation area.
The Isle of Anglesey is not short on heritage. Its history encompasses the stunning 13th Century Beaumaris Castle and Thomas Telford’s impressive suspension bridge to the once-booming Parys Mountain Copper Mine at Amlwch. In addition to this there are several ancient burial mounds. It is easy to follow in the footsteps of those who have come before us.
Many of Anglesey’s visitors come to navigate the 125 miles of stunning Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path. The Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path is part of the official Wales Coast Path. The stunning route makes its way around the edges of the island. Not for the faint hearted, the coastal path climbs 4,174 metres during its journey, but it is a fabulous way to experience the wild beauty of our coast. Take your time, stopping along the way to explore a hidden cove, watch the seals frolicking in the waters below, or enjoying a tasty lunch at one of our award-winning seaside restaurants.
Rhosneigr’s position right on the coast path gives you easy access to great walks and a glimpse of the diverse sights we savour. A mile over dunes towards RAF Valley could allow you a sight of the Red Arrows display team. While a mile in the other direction is the Neolithic Burial Chamber of Barclodiad y Gawres. Whichever direction you chose to go you will see an array of birdlife and marine life along the way.
If you love cycling, then Anglesey is for you. No matter your preference there is a range of cycling routes from quiet lanes to two of the UK’s nine cycle routes. Why not take on the Lôn Las Copr a 36 mile circular tour connecting the North East of the island. This route takes in the only working windmill in Wales and the moonscape that is Parys Mountain. Alternatively, Lôn Las Cefni offers 13 miles of traffic-free cycle path that is perfect to enjoy with all the family and rich in nature and wildlife.
Alongside all of its action however, there remains something quite magical about Rhosneigr that as the sun sets over the sea, allows you to sit back, enjoy the “heddwch” and allow the lapping sea to lull you back in time to that quiet fishing village.
