The peaceful location allows you to make the most of the outside space this property offers with multiple options for outside sitting and dining whether in the open aspect, enclosed front garden, rear patio area or 1st floor balcony space.

The living space incudes front sun room, ideal for when the Rhosneigr wind blows, sumptuous and spacious living room, with large picture windows to enjoy the view whilst a wood burner keeps you cosy when required. A sizeable dining room will enable you all to gather for formal dining or board games with the breakfast bar in the well-appointed kitchen ideal for a leisurely breakfast as you make plans for the day. The kitchen opens out onto the rear patio area to allow you to dine alfresco when the weather allows. A useful utility room takes care of all the sandy towels straight from the beach.

Upstairs there is a master ensuite and two further bright and airy bedrooms with a great feel of light and space and enjoying the same magnificent views from the two front rooms. If you can drag yourself away, a gentle 2 minute river-side stroll will see you on Broad Beach, or in the other direction on a lakeside walk. A 5 minute walk will take you to the village of Rhosneigr, shops and eateries as well as the front beach.

Rhosneigr is a beautiful village set on the west coast of Anglesey. The village itself has everything you need for your perfect holiday. There is a range of restaurants and local bars, convenience stores, launderette, take-away and a beach front surf shop. Although famous for its award winning beaches there is always lots to do no matter the weather or the season. Anglesey is home to numerous castles and ruins bustling with rich history.
