After a long day on the beach, take a short walk to Dysynni, and step into a relaxing and comfortable holiday home.
Dysynni is a lovely detached property with a light, spacious open plan living area, gardens to the front and back and a large driveway (room to park your boat!). Despite very close proximity to the beach and local shops, the house is located on one of the quieter streets in the village with lovely sea views.
Downstairs, the property benefits from a comfortable lounge a great place to admire the sea views, and a large kitchen/dining area which comfortably seats 6 or 7. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and all the appliances / amenities you would expect from a modern home. There is also a downstairs toilet/shower room and a double bedroom.
Upstairs, the accommodation is split into a large double bedroom with integrated wardrobes overlooking the front of the property, and a larger bedroom to the rear, set up with a bunk bed and a single bed, a great room for the kids! A family bathroom with shower and bath completes the accommodation.
Outside, the garage contains an electric shower, great for washing sandy toes, and has everything else you will need including a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge. The garage also serves as great storage space for your kayak, bike or other beach equipment. There is a tap/hose adjacent for washing off wet suits and a clothesline in the rear garden for drying off.
At the end of the day, relax, sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset go down either in the front or rear garden.
