Notice to Customers – Coronavirus 1600hrs Thursday 26th  March 2020 

In these times of uncertainty, I wanted to reach out to you personally to update and assure you as to the measures we at Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings have put in place to support you and your booking with us. We continue to monitor all developments relating to COVID-19 and remain committed to ensuring a safe environment for all at our properties.     

We continue to closely monitor updates from Public Health Wales, the NHS and the World Health Organisation, we are doing all we can to ensure your safety and demonstrate flexibility as the situation unfolds each hour.    

The health and safety of all our guests and employees are of the utmost importance across all of our properties and we have therefore implemented a temporary change to our Bookings and Cancellations Policy. These policies have been put in place in line with current guidance and common–sense approach, which include:  

  • No guest arrivals until 24th April or until otherwise directed by Government.

  • New bookings will not be accepted for arrival before 30th June 2020. 

We have now implemented a policy that any guest due to arrive on or before 23rd April 2020 can either transfer their booking to another date this year (if preferred dates are not available, you may be able to change property; we will do our best to facilitate) or receive a full refund of all monies paid. However, we also appreciate that future guests, arriving after 23rd April 2020 may not wish to risk losing their holiday, therefore as a gesture of good will all bookings beyond this point, but only up until the 30th June 2020, will have the option to transfer their booking to another date, receive a holiday voucher to the value of the monies paid (can only be redeemed for 2020 holidays) or cancel their booking without refund. Any moved bookings are non-transferrable once confirmed.   

We ask all customers to please bear with us in these very busy times, we are a small family business but have extended our working days to handle the increased volume of calls and emails. We will do our best to answer all calls, but we will return any missed calls as soon as we practically can.  

Booking Changes
If you would prefer to cancel your booking, then please just send us an email and we will complete this for you. If you would prefer to move your booking to another 2020 date, please simply email us with the available dates (see website), we will then adjust and send you confirmation. 

Assurance
Please be assured we are continually engaging with our property owners, local authorities and businesses to ensure we remain as flexible as possible. We really need our customers to support us, our beautiful island and industry in these very difficult times! Where better than our beautiful island to come, but the health and wellbeing of our community and staff must come ahead of an escape to Anglesey.
