Notice to Customers – Coronavirus Update  2100hrs 19th June 2020

The Welsh Assembly have announced that we can now plan on accepting bookings and guest arrivals from the 13th July 2020 onwards. The Assembly is also hoping to lift the current travel restrictions on the 6th July 2020. Easing of both of these is totally dependent upon the nations Covid-19 figures continuing to reduce ahead of these dates.

We have now received guidance on what must be done to prepare to start receiving guests to our properties; the health and safety of our staff, guests and local community is of upmost importance to us and our property owners. Some of the measures to be implemented are quite extensive and will require lengthy preparation time by the owners who are not permitted to travel until the 13th July, therefore many of our properties will not be available until the 17th July 2020.

My team will be in touch with all guests due to arrive ahead of the 17th July 2020 to discuss the options available to you.

For all bookings due to arrive on or after the 17th July 2020 that have not yet paid balances that are due will need to do so as soon as possible so that we can confirm the booking. Reminders will be sent or one of the team will be in touch soon.

Please note our phone lines are extremely busy, therefore we kindly request that correspondence be via email wherever possible.

The future outcome of this pandemic is still very much an uncertain one, however, we will continue to play our part in safeguarding the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, guests and local community.

Additionally, we need to support the re-energising of our beautiful island’s tourism industry, but safely; we ask our loyal customer base for your continued support with this.

We are wholeheartedly looking forward to welcoming you back to our glorious island.

Stay safe and Kind Regards,

Jamie Miles
