Description

Sleeps: 6 | Bedrooms: 3 | Bathrooms: 2

A beautifully presented 3 bedroom cottage, a pebble’s throw from the beach in a quiet cul de sac, location.

Hafan translates into English as ‘haven’ and that is a perfect description of this lovely, quiet cottage. Whilst only a minute’s walk to the clock and the centre of the village, this property is set in a cul de sac with pedestrian access to the beach just a few metres from the gate!

The property has a fresh airy feel being cleanly and tastefully decorated throughout. The huge windows in the front living room allow a wealth of daylight and allow you to make the most of the sea view.

The bedrooms comprise a master double, a comfortably sized twin, and a bunk-bedded room for shipmates. A modern, contemporary kitchen leads on to a bright conservatory offering an ideal dining space, or quiet sanctuary. The conservatory leads out into the rear, fully enclosed, back garden which is an unexpected gem. This area allows uninterrupted views out onto the beach and dunes with fantastic views all the way to Holyhead mountain.

The contemporary styled shower room just off this area allows this rear entrance to offer the perfect solution for off the beach and straight into the shower at the end of a hard day in or on the water.

Ample off road parking is offered in the driveway, together with a further paved area to the front, complete the outside space of this hidden haven by the sea.
