Min-Y-Mor

Large, character detached property right on the beach. A stunning property for a larger group of extended family or friends with oodles of period charm and comfy usable living space.

Description

Sleeps: 10 | Bedrooms: 5 | Bathrooms: 2

Translated as Edge of the Sea, this substantial property couldn’t be more aptly named as you can step from the garden gate onto sand. This period property has bucket-loads of charm and character features spread over three floors with practical, functional and cosy styling.

High ceilings, spacious rooms and incredible views are what this family property is all about. The two reception rooms are at the front of the property with incredible bay windows and doors out onto the front garden, allowing you to bring the outside in when the weather allows, or view the magnificent waves when the wind blows. The large, farmhouse style kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy leisurely breakfast, hearty meals or to create perfect picnics.

An unexpected bonus is the great addition of a wetroom that can be accessed from the garden – perfect for stripping off the swimming togs, or showering off the kids straight off the beach.

Up the first flight of stairs there are two substantial double rooms to the front of the property – no need to fight for the sea views - and a further two rooms to the rear. A shower room, bathroom and separate WC on this level, means no one will be caught short. A further two bedrooms complete the accommodation on the second floor.

The property is accessed by a very quiet road, with pedestrian access to the beach. Ample parking for several cars in the private driveway, with a semi enclosed rear yard, and private front garden.

Pet friendly, fantastic location, ample parking and space for everyone.
