A spacious, recently refurbished and comfortable property that sleeps up to five people (and easily stretches to accommodate an infant in travel cot) with 2 large bedrooms.

Beautifully decorated throughout with a fitted kitchen and dining area, luxurious sitting room, good sized bedrooms with all the modern touches and facilities (including internet / WiFi), this spacious property is ideal for a family that want somewhere to enjoy the beach, coastal walks, cycling or enjoying historic Anglesey.

Outside there is parking for 2 cars, a front garden laid to lawn, a secure garage (ideal for your water sports equipment or bikes) and a good sized enclosed south facing rear garden; perfect for the children to run around or for the grownups to sip a chilled glass of wine whilst enjoying the sun.

The housekeeper and the management team all live in the village, giving you peace of mind that all 'will be' as it 'should be'. You will also receive a complimentary welcome pack with some little necessities to get your holiday started.

Rhosneigr is a beautiful coastal village on the Isle of Anglesey in North West Wales. No matter the weather or season you can enjoy all water sports, cycle around the 120 miles perimeter of the entire island or just take a relaxing walk along the beach with far reaching views of Snowdonia and out to sea. There are also some great local restaurants and friendly bars if you wish to dine out or if you wish to relax in there are local general stores offer everything you need. Just a stroll from the beach you'll find a surf shop (also offering lessons), gift shop, launderette and other shops you would expect to find on the coast. Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!). Rhosneigr is known for its award winning sandy beaches with rock pools and safe bathing, nearby is Llyn Maelog, a large lake which is rich in bird life and fish. Anglesey has beautiful unspoilt countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Lleyn Peninsular. Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain. Even for those not participating it is huge fun to watch!
